The last three days of the holidays, built to send children back to school fit, confident and switched on — through surfing.
Two coached sessions every day, wrapped around real physical preparation: beach warm-ups, stretching and mobility routines they can keep using, and beach games that build conditioning without ever feeling like training.
Confidence is the thread running through all three days. Water skills, composure in moving water, and — tide and conditions permitting — coach-led rock jumping and swimming. The things that make a child self-reliant in the ocean tend to make them self-reliant out of it too.
It pulls together everything covered across the summer camps and locks it in. Not a recap — the bridge from summer to September.
Wednesday
Reset + Rebuild
We set the physical baseline. Proper beach warm-ups, stretching and mobility — routines they can keep using all term. Two coached surfs either side of beach games that build real conditioning without ever feeling like training.
Thursday
Confidence + Water Skills
The confidence day. Water skills, reading the ocean, and self-reliance in moving water — the things that turn a nervous surfer into a composed one. Two coached surfs, and if the tide and conditions are right, coach-led rock jumping and swimming.
Friday
Putting It Together
Everything the summer taught, combined. Two coached surfs with the whole toolkit in play, a final round of beach games, and an individual send-off from Reubin — what they have built, and what to carry into September.
Beach locations are chosen on the day for the best conditions — Reubin confirms where and when to meet the evening before each day.
