The Crucible is designed to make one thing happen in a single day: measurable, visible change in your surfing.
We take a group of 4–6 to The Wave, Bristol for a full day of coaching. Reubin coaches you through two surf sessions from the wall and pier — reading every wave, feeding back live, and filming throughout. Between sessions we review your footage on-site so your second session is built around exactly what needs to change.
You leave with a downloadable video compilation and analysis of your day in Kaizen Lab, plus a bespoke plan mapping your next fixes. Your two Wave sessions are booked separately with The Wave, so you can pick the sessions and times that suit you — we coach whichever you choose.
