The Crucible is designed to make one thing happen in a single day: measurable, visible change in your surfing.
We take a group of 4–6 to The Wave, Bristol for a full day of coaching. Reubin coaches you through two surf sessions from the wall and pier — reading every wave, feeding back live, and filming throughout. Between sessions we review your footage on-site so your second session is built around exactly what needs to change.
You leave with a downloadable video compilation and analysis of your day in Kaizen Surf Lab, plus a bespoke plan mapping your next fixes. Your two Wave sessions are booked separately with The Wave, so you can pick the sessions and times that suit you — we coach whichever you choose.

Every format is the same full coaching day — live feedback, on-site video review, your Kaizen Surf Lab analysis and a bespoke plan. Pick how much water time you want. You choose at checkout.

A single session coached live from the Wall and or Pier. Live feedback after every wave to help improve or strengthen your next wave using bespoke and unique new coaching methods from RSJ. Video Analysis and review NOT included.
