RSJ operates a full youth surf development pathway for junior surfers aged 6–18, including youth camps, Junior Shredders, Wavefront Junior, Groms on Tour, and the elite Youth High Performance Programme for competitive junior surfers. Yes. RSJ offers remote coaching via scheduled video call sessions with the head coach, as well as video analysis where members submit surf footage for annotated coach review. Remote coaching is available to members through the RSJ member portal.
