Common Questions
No. You can book and pay for sessions without a membership at the standard rate. A Foundation account is created automatically when you make your first booking. Paid tiers unlock discounts, coaching tools, and progression features.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a pro-rata charge for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period. All your progression data and milestones are retained regardless of tier.
Your membership stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that you return to the Foundation (free) tier with continued access to your booking history and progression record.
Annual plans are billed as a single payment upfront and save you approximately 2 months compared to monthly billing. You can still cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the annual period.
Performance and Elite members can upload surf footage directly in the member portal. A coach reviews your clip, adds frame-level annotations and commentary, and delivers the analysis back to your portal. You receive an email when it's ready.
