The Lab is RSJ's most technically focused single-day product. Maximum four guests. Every wave is filmed and loaded into RSJ Kaizen Lab — RSJ's own surf video-analysis platform, where Reubin breaks down movement, timing and positioning frame by frame, with a pose/biomechanics overlay and a Kaizen Sensei reading of your technique.
A full day of coached sessions at Lost Shore, Edinburgh. Between sets, Reubin uses your Kaizen Lab analysis to identify the specific patterns holding you back. The day finishes with a 90-minute annotated debrief, your fully analysed session is published to your RSJ account to keep, and within 24 hours every guest receives a written performance report: identified strengths, specific weaknesses, and a ranked priority list for your next training phase.
